I stayed at the Hyatt for a couple of nights a few weeks ago. Overall it's a decent hotel. It's pretty well-located; a bit of a walk from New Street Station, but it's very convenient for a lot of the major attractions in the city. Staff at check-in were really welcoming. I did spend quite a lot of time during my stay waiting for lifts, which I guess is just a downside of it being a big, high-rise hotel with lots of guests. The room was very spacious, albeit a bit dated (especially the bathroom). What really bothered me was that I'd paid extra for an upper-floor room to get views of the city, but the windows were FILTHY.
Beers and ciders are sold at a good price and I really felt at home. If you plan to come here for an event or the cricket I would highly advise you do. Once again thankyou to the kind staff who made me feel like part of the team
I Edimburgo slots asked if I could view it and they showed me the footage, I was absolutely mortified and tried to explain that it was an honest mistake, I couldn’t believe I’d done it. They said can you see how it looks to us, to which I replied Yes and that I was so sorry. They called security to escort myself and my husband out of the casino! I apologised to the lady who’s chip it was and explained the situation. I felt absolutely humiliated and an injustice. I’d like to thank them for kicking us out and not giving themselves the chance to win back the winnings we took home and for letting me get escorted out of the building at the grand age of 53 ...like a young Rebel and I’m not sorry for my potty mouth afterwards! I shall never step foot in one of their casinos again....they need to give their staff some training in customer service!

I didn't stay as a guest, but I still had experience with this hotel and would like to leave a review all the same. I did work experience here earlier this month (August 2024) in various departments, as part of a training programme. Upon arrival, I was greeted by one of the lovely receptionists prior to meeting the friendly and professional Operations Manager.
A very famous cricket ground with plenty of epic games to remember. The staff are very diverse so felt comfortable attending an Ashes test. Seats are not the most comfortable ones.
This has to be my favourite place in Birmingham. Loads of activities to do as well as many food options. Definitely recommend
Absolutely brilliant. Usually we do partner events in London. Usually the issues surrounding this are tricky location, expensive parking and congestion fees....with the Edgbaston Stadium it was so easy to find, plenty of free parking, welcoming staff, brilliant location with access to presenting in a professional space looking over the grounds.
Food selection was good. Most importantly the pitch is great (and has a quite short boundary) so very close to the action in most seats
The man with the dangly earing is soooo miserable! We didnt even wanna stay on his table ! Get a new job and smile! Everyone else is nice though

I've been coming to this casino for a long time and the staff at the reception are very polite and friendly, the manager at rainbow casino are probably one of the best managers compared to the other casinos I've been to.
Gabriella on front desk was so incredibly nice,informative funny. I had zero questions left. Room was clean and highly fitted out. Every staff member was fantastic from the guy and girl running the pool to the breakfast army of staff.
